muscle training?

My training now is rest Tuesday Monday chest, shoulders, upper back Wednesday Thursday abdominal arms, lower back, legs resting Friday Saturday abdominals, lower back Sunday rest, I wonder if this is right or top, if any advice?

As with all training, which is only good for about 6 weeks. After that, it will change, or at least one drink a little. What you think, Monday chest, triceps and abs. Tuesday-legs. Mon – Back and biceps. Fri-shoulders and abs. Saturday (or Sunday)-wide stretch and CV work. They have a protein shake within 20 minutes from time and, believe it or not, a coffee before. What is the best pre-workout supplement in the market today?

I have used everything i can think off no-xplode,shock theraphy,nano vapor,superpump now on shock.

Is there a better product than any of these 4 creatines.
isnt red bull like 7 bucks a can if i am right it is very costly which means it will cost me 84 bucks 20 workout days/month for just a pre-workout.

whey is a really bad pre-workout.I can see no reason of using it for a pre-workout.Pre-workout should be something that gives you energy.

As from my experience i have take whey before pre-workout it didnt do any crap for me.But after taking creatine it helped me with strength,size and energy.Try it trust me i am 200lbs right now before using any form of creatine i was 160lbs in september.

A couple of questions about bodybuilding workout routine?

How many weight machines should I go on per day?

How often should I do cardio? Should I do cardio on the same days I’m doing weight machines, or on rest days? Or should I do cardio almost every day?

You should do weight routines every other day and cardio in between. Such as Weights: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Cardio: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Take Sunday off for rest and recuperation. As for how many weight machines each day of resistance workouts that depends on what your goals are, time constraints and the fact that you do not want to overdo it. If what you want is to increase muscle mass then do fewer exercises that will hit the large muscle groups. Then later if you want to get leaner and cut, do more of the exercises that will hit specific muscles.

What are some simple exercises I can do muscle power at home?

I try to improve my physical strength, as the basis for hockey games, told me that helps a little narrow. So I'm looking for some basic exercises I can do to help improve them.

Okay so I worked a few months. I I'm at the point where I can not burn fat more so I'll start building muscle. I have no great big muscles, but very thin. I coach a personal trainer / strength and conditioning, the other day for a consultation. He said that to lose weight, one of the best things I can do with my diet is to eat spinach and steak for breakfast. I can undestand how it will boost my metabolism and gives me a little protein, but not … Eating meat every day / red rotten meat? Well, I use to be what you call "anorexic." I muscle very little. I want to start excercising, thereby strengthening the muscles and flat abs.
