However, the most famous-and best-body builders went on years later to show their hard-earned bodies at up-and-coming competitions such as “Mr. Olympia” and Mr. Universe.” These men lifted for the sheer joy of lifting and never dreamed that their solitary sport would one day become an American pastime. Nor could they ever have envisioned a body building supplement in the form of pills, shakes, drinks, or bars. Their supplements consisted of raw eggs and huge slabs of steak, not high-powders and easy-to-swallow tablets.
Once thought of as a sport simply for iron-willed men, body building has become a blossoming pastime for the elderly, teenagers, sports players, and even pregnant women. What does protein bars and muscle milk do?
So I joined a gym. I’ve already been working out since January, but the gym’s machines are doing wonders for me. I asked one of my friends if he knew of anything that could help me. He suggested protein bars and muscle milk. I know that they’re full of protein, but what does protein do for the muscles? And when should I take these? By the way, I’m 13. They haven’t taught me much about the human musculoskeletal system yet.

Protein is the most misunderstood nutrient in bodybuilding. I don’t have the space to tell you all you need to know so I’ll just hit the high spots and if you need more info, you can message my Yahoo account.
Don’t listen to muscleheads, gym rats, bodybuilders, personal trainers, and even coaches about protein. Most of them believe what decades and $$$$millions in supplement advertising have been telling them…that they need a lot of protein to build muscle. Not true. Bodybuilders don’t work as hard as they would like to believe. Construction workers, migrant field hands, movers, UPS drivers, etc. all work much harder every week. And none of those people worry about protein or take supplements for their jobs. They just eat a good diet and their bodies adapt with no problem. A bodybuilder can only work out 10 hours a week at the most because of the recovery time required by the muscles. Marathon runners, boxers, Olympic athletes, Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, etc. all train much harder and they do it without supplements.
Most protein supplements are scams. Supplements have minimal FDA controls so you don’t know what you’re getting when you buy a supplement.

All you need to make the gains you can is food. There is an abundance of information to prove this point. So, I will give you examples and cite references in the space I have left. Just be sure to ask yourself if you ever saw any good scientific evidence suggesting you need 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight or more. The answer will be no. That’s a huge myth. And, all the naysayers who disagree with me will not have any good science for you. What is the best pre-workout supplement in the market today?
I have used everything i can think off no-xplode,shock theraphy,nano vapor,superpump now on shock.
Is there a better product than any of these 4 creatines.
isnt red bull like 7 bucks a can if i am right it is very costly which means it will cost me 84 bucks 20 workout days/month for just a pre-workout.
usually these products costs from 30-40 bucks lasts me anywhere from 1-3 months.
whey is a really bad pre-workout.I can see no reason of using it for a pre-workout.Pre-workout should be something that gives you energy.

can I take amino acid supplements with a beer?
I have a bottle of amino 1000. I also heard drinking a beer after a workout is healthy, so I drank a bottle and took 2 capsils of amino 1000. Is this ok to do? I’m just making sure. Can’t find this on interenet.
I’ve never heard about beer being good after a workout – you may want to double check your sources on that one.
To my knowledge there’s no reason whatsoever why you shouldn’t take the two together ( I say to my knowledge because as with most supplements very few scientific tests have been carried out on amino 1000).
