I know some protein and creatine and andro and all that … been done. There is something in the market today that offers solid performance, in addition to steroids and HGH?
Personally, I use fermented brown rice protein. It is about an assimilation rate of 80%. The flavor is excellent texture, very soft and not too thick. Mix well in a smoothie.
