Is it possible to have a good amount of fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibers?

I would like to keep doing my long distance running for my fitness and health but I would also like to have a good number of fast twitch so that I may play the sports that require them. Basketball, football, sprinting etc.
I want to get to a point where I can easily run 10K and still have good muscle fibers for the jumping, sprinting, back and forth of team sports and track.

Hello! I like these questions. They make you think. Weight training exercises are offered in skeletal muscles and normal range of motion. Therefore, structurally, when a muscle is working against resistance, not used, it begins to adapt to the resistance, and also neuromuscular facilitation occurs. There are two theories that I know that focus on muscle growth. The first is hypertrophy, where the individual muscle fibers are larger, and therefore has more muscle. The other theory is hyperplasia, which is the division of a muscle fiber. When thousands of muscle fibers are divided, so that all the core muscles. Jim contested because the muscle gradually increasing weight, the muscle is able to adjust gradually. Overtraining should not have taken place here. If my MOS M1 armor crew member or infantry?

I have years and 150 pounds 16 with strong muscles. I know you want to join the army. I like the idea of driving a tank and all other types of jobs with armor crew member M1, but Im going to be on active duty and I'm not sure if I want to be in a tank of my career. I love wrestling and shot if I also be a foot soldier. I have not talked to a recruiter yet because I want some information about these things before it would be better for me inches. I just want to hear from other people. Please do not answer stupid.

A little cold disk around a tank and not a fat ass big gun. You can not only be a pilot. Theres a gunner, a loader and a TC (team leader) as well. I do not know all the ranks and such, but anyway. It is also great. You are not going to do a lot of turnover in this thing unless another war in the former kicks. May or may not. So basically, it will become another of the many months that are detailed to do what it is. Infantry from my friend these two are my choice. More schools. More options for doing things. I'm not infantry, but if these two were my choice. That's what I chose. You have one year ahead anyway basic and AIT. Research what you really want to do.

Requirements for skeletal muscle protein in sports

Skeletal muscles account for approximately 40-50% of the total mass, is ie, 28-35 kg in a 70 kg individual. The main constituents of skeletal muscle include water (75%) and proteins (20%). This draft of a workout to build muscle is designed for people new to weight training. It is simplistic in its approach, which is also the reason is very effective in increasing muscle mass.
