If you want to build muscle mass as quickly as possible this is what you have to do. Work hard, always. So you are taking the intensity level beyond failure with this concept. The intensity that I am talking about means that once you fail at an exercise you have to continue pushing or pulling that weight up to 20 seconds more. It’s not enough just to lift weights and eat right. That’s a little different than lifting to failure like many weightlifters do. Then drop it. Every workout, every set, every rep has to be performed at your absolute maximum effort.
Many will workout for years and never achieve their goals because they don’t know the most effective ways to accomplish them. Commit to totally consuming yourself in your workouts. Obviously you’ll need a good spotter for this so train with someone you trust.
