Aplodan muscle supplement could cause insomnia?
Hi, I am actually intrigued by this new product Aplodan as most reviewers say it works wonders.
I am currently on my second cycle of Leukic and Creakic and it works very well, of course not as good as muscletech’s description, and the reviews also agree with me.
But Aplodan reviews talk only good stuff about it, but the reason I ask about the insomnia is because I tried once NO2 platinum for over a week and it caused me major insomnia while on it, I had to trash it, people told me that was caused by the arginine on it which is an emodylator.
I haven’t suffered from insomnia while using Creakic and Leukic and so I want to know if Aplodan could cause insomnia, they told me is like a better creatine so in theory it shouldn’t but I don’t know.
Let me know your opinion and “stop using that, you just have to eat well ” responses are not welcome since I am allergic to many foods so I can’t keep a muscle gain diet.

A weight training routine for skinny hard gainers?
I am really tall and skinny and I need to get as big as possible, any1 know any good gain training routines, like amount of sets, reps, time of rests, nutrition
and i can do nonstop 200 situps and 100 pushups, but thats all calisthenics, i need something that would make me grow
To bulk up, you need to up your protein intake as much as you can first. That could involve take a couple of GOOD QUALITY protein shakes day…anything by maximuscle is cool. Also in your diet too, so fish, eggs and lean meats. As for training you want to stick to multi-joint exercises, where you are using as many muscles as possible. Don’t ignore your legs, building muscle in your legs actually helps the muscle definition process in your upper body…so good exercise to do are Squats, Deadlifts, Clean & Jerks, Pull ups or Lats Pull downs, Bench Press or Press Ups, Dips. As for sets and reps. 4-6 reps will build strength, 8-12 reps builds muscle, 15 and above builds endurance. Sets, you wanna do as near to the same amount of reps in total, if that makes sense. So 4 reps = 7 sets…10 reps = 3 sets….and so on. A good routine is mix them all in on different sessions. So chop and change. As for cardio, your looking to build power and strength, so short sessions (20-30 mins), try hill sprints…Run as hard and fast as you can up a hill for say 70-100 metres, then walk back down and repeat, 5, 10, 20 times whatever you can manage, just make sure your session doesn’t go over 30 minutes! www.no-sit-ups-required.com

Is this a bad idea? Too Healthy?
Well, currently I am taking bio raw eggs every day, fruit / vegetable drink mix every day, I take a pill multivitamin / mineral every day, I exercise every other day and when I exercise, drink milk and take a muscle nitric oxide supplement. Also expand. Is it too much or what I'm going to be a beast in a year? @ TCFC: I can not add anything else to say lol and what be eliminated. Also like fiber bars. Smiles @: I do other things as well, now I learn Reiki, and I practice parkour. I'm also going to college in two months for the level design as a field in game design ^ ^

can I take amino acid supplements with a beer?
I have a bottle of amino 1000. I also heard drinking a beer after a workout is healthy, so I drank a bottle and took 2 capsils of amino 1000. Is this ok to do? I’m just making sure. Can’t find this on interenet.
I’ve never heard about beer being good after a workout – you may want to double check your sources on that one.
To my knowledge there’s no reason whatsoever why you shouldn’t take the two together ( I say to my knowledge because as with most supplements very few scientific tests have been carried out on amino 1000).
