Music Review of You & Me by The Walkmen
"The Walkmen" is a five-piece indie rock of New York. The Walkmen composed of Hamilton Leithauser (vocals, guitar), Paul Maroon (guitar and piano), Walter Martin (organ, bass), Peter Bauer (bass / organ) and Matt Barrick (Drums). His style of music is primarily indie rock, post-punk revival and a bit of garage rock.
You & Me "begins with" Where Is the Beach ". The combination of low and the body is very good. At first listen, it sounded weird. But after a few listens, my perception towards background music as Hamilton sings everything changed. Is repeated again and again until the battery and the projection of the guitar in the chorus, which sings Hamilton effort, I'm dancing, grooving, this beautiful wood floors … The eyes are so sore … "The Walkmen just knowing when and where to meet and strong. I love the combination of three instruments in this track, guitar, piano and French horn. The Walkmen wonderful stay.
"Canadian Girl "is actually an incredible track You & Me! Has a feeling of jazz to it. And I do not blame you if you swing in Canada Girl.'s So good! Most time, Hamilton can be heard dragging his voice after every sentence or words between the words. "And you always call me … … But … I still hanging … "As you swing with a Canadian girl, the more you do, the more it becomes music. The French horn also play the voice after Hamilton the last feature on this track. The other 1:20 minutes only is beautiful, enjoy this unforgettable.

How Does The Erection Mechanism Works?
One of the human bodies most impressive functions is that of an erection. It is something that can be observed at any time in normal circumstances and does not require the aid of any devices. Though it may appear relatively straightforward, especially for healthy men, the process is in truth not simple at all. Depending upon the type of stimulation encountered that we’re talking about the penis or the clitoris, the process is largely the same and just as complex since it is guided by either the central nervous system or by the autonomic nervous system.
The erection process is most commonly initiated by stimulation – based on visual, auditory, tactile, or even imagined stimuli – that activate the cerebral cortex to begin erection. The nerves in the pubic area to start releasing nitric oxide is told by the erectile centers located in the lumbar and sacral regions of the spinal cord. Nitric oxide is a chemical compound found in mammals and used to transfer information cell to cell.
The release of the nitric oxide allows greater dilation of the arteries which supply the penis with blood, which results in more blood to maintain an erection. The two sponge-like tissues that are designed to expand in size and hold as much blood as possible and the blood goes into the Corpora Cavernosa.
The Corpus Spongiosum, the tubular structure located just below the Corpora Cavernosa through which urine and semen pass, also becomes slightly engorged with blood, but not nearly as much as the Corpora Cavernosa.
Once enough blood fills the penis, the arteries contract to prevent the blood from just leaving the tissue. The identical procedure is utilized in the case of mechanical stimulation of the penis and when exernal stimulation is missing. The entire process is handled by the autonomic nervous system (ANS) with minimal input from the central nervous system. The ANS causes the arteries to constrict, thus forcing blood from the penis once stimulation ceases.
Although the cerebral cortex is not involved in every type of stimulation that causes erection, it, nevertheless, can put an end to any erection if it judges that the situation requires such action. For example a thought turned to baseball scores can end an erection. This is a reason why it is important for men and women to avoid things that have the ability to kill the mood and, thus, turn them off.

Exhaled Nitric Oxide and its role in the treatment of Asthma Part III
In the third part of the ongoing series, we discuss the findings from the reputed Thorax – An International Journal Of Respiratory Medicine.
An excerpt from Thorax – An International Journal Of Respiratory Medicine in a study by A Jatakanon, S Lim, S A Kharitonov, K F Chung, P J Barnes details the Correlation between exhaled nitric oxide, sputum eosinophils, and methacholine responsiveness in patients with mild asthma.
Background
Eosinophils in induced sputum and exhaled nitric oxide (NO) are currently used as non-invasive markers in the assessment of airway inflammation in asthma. As both sputum eosinophils (%) and exhaled NO are raised in asthmatic subjects not receiving inhaled steroids and decreased following corticosteroid therapy, a relationship between them is plausible.
Methods
Exhaled NO was measured by chemiluminescence analyser, sputum induction by 3.5% saline inhalation, and bronchial responsiveness was measured as PC20FEV1 methacholine in 35 stable asthmatic patients using beta 2 agonist alone and the correlation between these non-invasive markers of airway inflammation was studied.
Results
There were significant correlations between exhaled NO and PC20 (r = -0.64), exhaled NO and sputum eosinophils (%) (r =0.48), and also between sputum eosinophils (%) and PC20 (r = -0.40).
Conclusion
The correlation between exhaled NO and PC20 suggests that exhaled NO or the mechanisms leading to its increase may contribute to airway hyperresponsiveness in asthma. Furthermore, the relationship between sputum eosinophils (%), exhaled NO, and PC20 highlight the potential use of eosinophils (%) in induced sputum and exhaled NO to monitor the severity of asthma.

What NO (nitric oxide) supplement will help me build the most muscle in 1-2 months?

NO supplements main purpose is to dilate your blood vessels to help facilitatethe delivery of nutrients to your muscles during your workout. The side effect from this is the “pump” that you have after the workout.
The method the the NO supplements do this is with a heavy dose of a single amino acid – Arginine. Many of the supplement companies will also put in proprietary blends of other amino acids (ie: glutamine and luecine) and even low doses of creatin (lower than what you would normally take). In order to create an insulin spike for the creatine that is added, they also have to load them with sugar. This will typically be called out in the proprietary blend section as maltodextrin, a long chain sugar.
If you buy your arginine and creatine seperate, you can then have the best of both worlds. You know exactly how much of each you are taking and can adjust if needed.
So to answer your question, I would say that you are looking at the wrong product to help you build muscle. I would look more in the direction of a creatine more than NO.
