Im 15 and want to increase my muscle mass and lose belly fat. Where do I start?

I want to increase my muscle mass and lose fat belly. How I can reach my goal? I'm not fat and my BMI is a point of order. I 5ft.7 and around 9 stone and a half. Any help is appriceated. Thank you all.

Start to eat more protein than carbohydrates. Proteins are lean meats, eggs, etc. Carbohydrates are poultry, such as bread, wheat cereals. training starting weight. And try to drink ice cold water as much as possible. The cold water helps burn calories stored in fat. (There are about 9 calories per gram of fat in your body)
