Lose weight, while the gain of lean muscle mass … Is it possible to do both things at once?
I've been to many places and talked to many coaches, guru, whatever. I'm looking for a training plan to shop and eat, so you can gain muscle while shredding fat. The main products in the network are more focused on strengthening the body (like on TV, the kids who watch all the juices while the women have beards) instead of losing weight, while to gain lean muscle mass (I'm going for the Mike Tyson look at age 19-21. There are no muscles bulging, only large and well defined, because both are 5 feet 8 inches). Does anyone have suggestions for a share repurchase program has achieved these results? They said it was not possible because you must focus on weight loss or muscle gain * and no can not do both simultaneously. I try to go both in the same plane. The way Mike Tyson, I mean is: was 5'8 "about 200 pounds to about 8.10% body fat w / muscle definition and impressive size. I am currently 5'8 "to 240, with nearly 21.58%. Suggestions and / or web sites are useful.
Mate, increase muscle mass decreases body fat. To maintain muscle mass requires more energy than fat. Visit the TNT system … Men's Health magazine. It has the goods. At 19, Mike Tyson was about 6 "and weighs 220 with 5% body fat … but I understand what you want to head. Not everyone genetically predisposed to develop a body like Mike Tyson. It's prolly a great goal as getting the body fat drops below 10% without loss of muscle mass .. and if you can add a bit, is even better. In these circumstances, the right of your body will use body fat for energy …. energy required to build the muscle while you sleep. I use the USP laboratories "powerful" supplement for two months and I feel different when I wake up .. and my body fat decreased after stagnation. This month I've also used St. "Vault" which is the extra spice in the history of humanity … NO is a creatine supplement added … and my feet feel fine … I feel like I filled in some muscles this month. I work hard but …. and this is the real answer.

For the Home: the truth
fat burner supplements are advertised everywhere these days – online, in magazines and even television. The ads almost always have a fitness model or bodybuilder and claim that these products very thin, usually pills, are the secret to their six pack abs and very low body fat. Some of these ads suggest that the only way to get the body as slim as "hot" you see in the picture, taking your pills "miracle" and that nutrition and exercise are not enough.
Although I do not dispute the fact that there are ingredients in some fat "burner" products can help a bit, I take great displeasure at seeing misleading advertising claims and misleading use of models that are often paid to endorse the product, even if you never have used (These are just models!)
Many "fat burner" companies have been prosecuted by the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising, false statements and falsifying before and after photos.
The best thing to get is a slight thermogenic effect and possibly appetite suppression mild. Some products may work by other mechanisms, such as improving thyroid, but if you forgive generalization, I consider the impact of all these "burner fat "to care.
In one of my previous newsletters I said that I believe that 97% of your results come from nutrition and training and maybe get an extra 3% advantage from supplements. Just so you know, these figures are not something that came out of nowhere, here's an example:
I have reviewed the data scientists that EGCG, the active ingredient of green tea extract, if consumed in sufficient quantity, could increase thermogenesis / metabolic rate by an average about 75 calories in 24 hours. Since ephedrine was taken off the market, green tea extract appears in many ephedra-free formulas these days. What a calorie is typical for an active man in 24 hours? say 2700 calories per day. 75/2700 = 2.7%.
Who does little more ill, especially when a package is as healthy green tea (instead of the central nervous system stimulants), but is complete in the bigger picture. Another way to put this in perspective is to list what else they burn 75 calories (for 150-pound person:)
* Walk your dog for 15 minutes * walk for 5 minutes at a normal pace sometimes three times a day * 30 minutes * Ironing collecting leaves and grass clippings for 14 minutes * re arrange your furniture for 10 minutes * wash your car, 15 minutes * Vacuuming for 15 minutes 7.2 minutes * walk the stairs (could be extended throughout the day)
Of course, some citizens are asking, "Why bother if you could take a pill increases your metabolism while you sit and watch TV?"
This is what that any good personal trainer will always tell you: No amount of calorie restriction or pill-popping ever give FITNESS. Never give strength. Never I'll be your muscles. It does not give functionality. At best, it will help to reduce their body mass.
What would you say to your health? A body does not move putrefaction. Unlike a car that has so many miles on it and use an over-use, people are the only machines that break down in the land underutilization.
One First, I am tempted to say that together and yes, 75 calories and 75 calories In the meantime, it all adds up, because it does. After you are doing exercise regularly and all its bases are in place, details and little things are important.
I'm just asking you to make the benefits of fat burners perspective in good and understand that (a) is not necessary "to take them and (2) claims made in ads are often erroneous or exaggerated.
My advice on fat burners:
1. Never buy a fat burner unless you have an independent audit of complaints about the product.
How do you know that really work? Are you really going to talk to advertisers why? Will it take another witness that? Make yourself a check go to the PubMed database and search for primary research.
2. put it in perspective
With these products they operate, such as offering a lower thermogenic effect, put into perspective in relation to the ease with which you can burn many calories, even with mild exercise such as walking or household. Keep into account the capacity of force and extra benefits you get from exercise, compared with doing nothing and popping a pill.
3. See if there are any secondary or health warnings.
With all supplements and especially with prohormones or stronger as ephedrine and caffeine thermogenic stack, (if you still has access to them), understand the risk to benefit and be sure to know the dangers and contra indications.
4. Read the label to see if the product contains enough active ingredients to work yet.
A classic scam is when a tape of "bold" The announcement that some courses inredient Research stimulates the metabolism, which might be true. What I can not say is that all research with positive results used a large dose of the ingredients, which can not be cheap. Thus, the company includes an extra pinch "or" light dusting "of that ingredient just so they can say it is in the bottle, but is nothing more than "label decoration." Second, have the audacity to invoke the research studies on the ads when the ingredient quantity of products is not the case about what was used in the search!
5. Beware of scam proprietary blend.
Some companies do not see the amount of an ingredient in the product formula, because it contains multiple ingredients and say their formula has a 'secret "aka" The owners, so that the list of what is in the product but not how. Well, if you do not know much about how am I supposed if it contains the proper dosage? (Answer: not!)
6. Make sure there is research with human beings, not just rodent research.
In many cases, advertisements cite studies in rats and mice as "proof" under the assumption that the product will produce the same results in humans. Animal research is an important element scientific method as it is often used to help find areas of research where human study pursued, or in another sense, the mechanism that that work thing. However, for obesity research in particular, a positive result in rats is not the same will happen in humans.
7. Find more than a study of man.
Consider trying a supplement after it has human research that was done by different groups research who are not sponsored by industry. My policy is that usually only give a "buy" to a supplement when a product has a first well-designed human controlled trial published similar research were replicated by another research group is funded by the supplement industry. In fact, I think it's a good thing nutrition and fund companies and complete some of the research sponsors. Deben. Not only must support their claims with published clinical trials, they must share part of the cost of this expensive research.
However, a basic principle of scientific method is the replication. Other researchers should be able to replicate the results. Therefore, if the source of funding is not necessarily evidence of bias, if there is a study available in a supplement and is sponsored by industry or company, usually take a grain of salt and put an asterisk next to him while awaiting confirmation of another study. (You might be surprised how often this type of confirmation occurs).
Do you really need "more" than nutrition and exercise?
Now In spite of the fact that even the products of research backing them only help a little with the fact that most of the ads to lie about research, exaggerate claims and hide vital information about ingredients, and the fact that you can do a few more minutes of exercise a day and get the same results without the enthusiasm that is a fat burner? Yes, so I'm not excited about them either and based on the fact that I do not drug use and the burner "supplements of fat" and compete in bodybuilding – very successfully – I'd say that the statement, "it takes more than nutrition and exercise to get six pack abs "is patently false.

Bodybuilding Supplements
Bodybuilding Supplements a Quick Guide
Protein Supplements – To gain lean muscle
Whey Protein Concentrate blends
Mainly made up of whey concentrate with protein isolate mixed in (80%-20% ratio). Most whey concentrates are ok for low carb diets. All whey proteins are fortified with BCAA’s
Metabolic whey & USN 100% whey are fortified with BCAA’s & Glutamine.
Whey Protein Isolate
Whey isolate is far more expensive as it has a higher biological value than standard whey. It contains higher protein with almost zero carbs and lactose. Great for those who are on a lean diet.
Time Release Proteins
Feeds the body over a longer period of time, to help prevent the body falling into a catabolic state. Good for using along side meals, if the protein content is low. Also ideal for an evening meal replacement.
Immediate release – Whey Concentrate (30 minutes release)
Medium Release – Egg whey proteins (90 minutes release)
Extended Release – Micellar Casein & Milk Protein (3 hour release)
MRP’s (Meal Replacements) – (Lean Muscle Gain)
MRP’s are formulated to give you the essential macronutrients (proteins carbs & fats) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals etc) that the body requires to work to maximum potential. If you are looking to build lean muscle MRP’s are perfect.
Creatines – Increase Muscle Gains and Strength, Creates lactic acid buffer during workouts (lowers burning sensation in the muscles when training hard).
Creatine Monohydrate
Loading Phase: 2 times daily for 5 days, then once a day from that point on.
Micronised creatine is a smaller grain so therefore dissolves more freely, this means less gritty sand at the bottom of your glass.
Creatine Monohydrate Cycling. This is a personal choice, but its recommened 4 weeks on 2 weeks off. The belief is that, doing so will help you maintain the gains you make. Again if you use it for a to longer period of time, the body gets used to it, so the gains disappear.
Advanced Creatines
These require no loading phase as they are designed to absorb into your system more easily. With advanced creatines you would use them for maximum of 8 weeks then have a 4 week rest period.
Carbohydrates - Energy Drinks
Carbohydrates are the key source of energy in the human body. Carbohydrates should make up 50% of your total daily fuel intake. It is advised to have a regular intake of low glycemic carbohydrates to aid a steady stream of glucose into the blood stream.
A standard training diet should have around 2g of carbs per lb of body weight. Carb intake should be tailored to suit your training needs.
Low glycemic foods can also help towards weight loss due to a slower rate of digestion which creates a feeling of fullness.
Weight Gainers – (Build Mass Size)
Simple really, if you what to increase your body mass and not lean size these products are perfect.
Testosterone Boosters – (Increase Testosterone and build muscle)
Tribulus Terrestris increases testosterone through increasing the lutenizing hormone, this tells your body to produce testosterone.
Tribulus is not a hormonal supplement, it works within the bodies natural limits helping increase muscle and strength.
Alternatively look at ZMA (Testosterone Support)
Products – Zinc Matrix, Biotest ZMA, Maximuscle ZMA
Anti Estrogens – (Testosterone Support)
Estrogen will slow down your testosterone production, kill your muscle gains and/or cause embarrassing side effects like gyno. Decreasing your estrogen can cause you to gain muscle fast!
L-Glutamine – (Muscle Recovery)
Boosts Protein Synthesis. Glutamine is an incredible muscle builder that also increases your natural growth hormone and immunity. It helps you to recover from your workouts quicker as well! This in tern improves performance
BCAA (Branch Chain Amino Acids) – (Muscle Recovery)
Boosts Protein Synthesis and suppresses muscle protein breakdown
Taking BCAA’s before and after training, will help protect the muscle from the stress of heavy training.
Multi Vitamins
Vitamins are the essential tools for keeping your body healthy, also increasing the effectiveness of the supplements you take.
Fat Burners
Thermogenic intensifier, increase metabolism, suppress hunger.
Now mostly ephedrine free (the thing that gives you the jitters). Supplements companies look more towards a more natural way of increasing fat burning effects and increasing metabolism.
Alternatively look at Sida Cordifolia or CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)
Non-Hormonal Anabolics – Increase Muscle & Strength
(Ecdysterone, Methoxyisoflavone & Ipriflavone)
These products use plant sterols to create anabolic effects for increased muscle growth legally and most of all safely. These are non hormonal flavones that naturally increase protein synthesis, nitrogen retention, and muscle growth. They work very well taken in conjunction with protein because they increase the absorption of protein.
NO (Nitric Oxide) – (Increases blood flow, Pump up Muscles and increase vascular look. Helps prolong Muscle Performance)
This should make it of interest to bodybuilders, as increased blood flow will serve to deliver more nutrients to muscles, thus helping muscles become larger when subject to stress. The fact that Nitric Oxide acts to reduce inflammation should also make it of interest to bodybuilders as it has the potential to reduce the pain associated with subjecting muscles to extreme stress.

Build Mass With These Bodybuilding Supplements
The off-season is where champ physiques are built. Sure, the pre-contest phase is crucial. You’ll need to have the best possible show of the muscles you have built, and diet and cardiovascular do that. But the most gains you’ll make annually occur in those months where you run a good cycle, add some food, and train like crazy. These are some specifics for off-season bulking success for the non-natural bodybuilder.
generally an off-season steroid stack is going to be stronger and more potent ( read : toxic ) than what you use during your pre-contest phase. Commence with a testosterone base ( any ester will suffice ) for 400 to six hundred mg per week. You don’t need to go over the top, and you do not want heavier compounds like Anadrol or Trenbolone.
augmentation
Caffeine is extraordinarily helpful for keeping you raised in the pre-contest phase, especially in association with ephedrine and aspirin as an element of the useful ECA stack.
Diet
Keep the sources clean, typically from lean meats, complex carbs such as rice and pasta, and drink plenty of water. The addition of anabolics to the mix means you could get away with eating the junk in the off-season. However , keep your cheat meals down to one to two per week, and eat clean the remainder of the time. Your body will work more efficiently and your muscles will grow faster when given the correct fuel.
coaching
Use masses of heavy compound movements, including squats, deadlifts, bench press, barbell curls, and shoulder presses. Keep the repetitions low, in the six to 12 range. You will need to track your poundage use, but keep an eye fixed on the’feel’ as you lift also. Train with a partner, and always use knee wraps and back belts during your heaviest lifts. The utilization of AAS in your routine means you’ll be ready to lift more weight for more repetitions, and recover quicker. Push yourself to make the best use of the addition of these compounds.
Gaining mass isn’t rocket science, but it is not straightforward either. A sensible steroid stack, joined with reasonable supplementation, a solid diet, and plenty of training is all it takes to add 15 to 20 pounds of solid mass to your frame next off-season!
