The ads almost always have a fitness model or bodybuilder and claim that these products very thin, usually pills, are the secret to their six pack abs and very low body fat. Some of these ads suggest that the only way to get the body as slim as "hot" you see in the picture, taking your pills "miracle" and that nutrition and exercise are not enough.

Although I do not dispute the fact that there are ingredients in some fat "burner" products can help a bit, I take great displeasure at seeing misleading advertising claims and misleading use of models that are often paid to endorse the product, even if you never have used (These are just models!)

Many "fat burner" companies have been prosecuted by the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising, false statements and falsifying before and after photos.

The best thing to get is a slight thermogenic effect and possibly appetite suppression mild. Some products may work by other mechanisms, such as improving thyroid, but if you forgive generalization, I consider the impact of all these "burner fat "to care.

In one of my previous newsletters I said that I believe that 97% of your results come from nutrition and training and maybe get an extra 3% advantage from supplements. Just so you know, these figures are not something that came out of nowhere, here's an example:

I have reviewed the data scientists that EGCG, the active ingredient of green tea extract, if consumed in sufficient quantity, could increase thermogenesis / metabolic rate by an average about 75 calories in 24 hours. Since ephedrine was taken off the market, green tea extract appears in many ephedra-free formulas these days. What a calorie is typical for an active man in 24 hours? say 2700 calories per day. 75/2700 = 2.7%.

Who does little more ill, especially when a package is as healthy green tea (instead of the central nervous system stimulants), but is complete in the bigger picture. Another way to put this in perspective is to list what else they burn 75 calories (for 150-pound person:)

* Walk your dog for 15 minutes * walk for 5 minutes at a normal pace sometimes three times a day * 30 minutes * Ironing collecting leaves and grass clippings for 14 minutes * re arrange your furniture for 10 minutes * wash your car, 15 minutes * Vacuuming for 15 minutes 7.2 minutes * walk the stairs (could be extended throughout the day)

Of course, some citizens are asking, "Why bother if you could take a pill increases your metabolism while you sit and watch TV?"

This is what that any good personal trainer will always tell you: No amount of calorie restriction or pill-popping ever give FITNESS. Never give strength. Never I'll be your muscles. It does not give functionality. At best, it will help to reduce their body mass.

However, for obesity research in particular, a positive result in rats is not the same will happen in humans.

7. Find more than a study of man.

Consider trying a supplement after it has human research that was done by different groups research who are not sponsored by industry. My policy is that usually only give a "buy" to a supplement when a product has a first well-designed human controlled trial published similar research were replicated by another research group is funded by the supplement industry. (You might be surprised how often this type of confirmation occurs).

Do you really need "more" than nutrition and exercise?

Now In spite of the fact that even the products of research backing them only help a little with the fact that most of the ads to lie about research, exaggerate claims and hide vital information about ingredients, and the fact that you can do a few more minutes of exercise a day and get the same results without the enthusiasm that is a fat burner? Yes, so I'm not excited about them either and based on the fact that I do not drug use and the burner "supplements of fat" and compete in bodybuilding – very successfully – I'd say that the statement, "it takes more than nutrition and exercise to get six pack abs "is patently false.

The new generation is mad after six pack. Every man wants to build another of their bodies and arriving at the gym from time to time. However, many do not know what bodybuilding shows. To their knowledge let me tell you, bodybuilding, exercise, muscle mass lean. The most important factor in bodybuilding is the burning of excess fat and gain muscle.

So you are looking for a weight lifting program quality training that can do to help lose some unwanted fat? Well, you found it. This routine is what you are looking for. The program described below is configured as a circuit. The Circuit training is probably the best way to burn fat.

Circuit training is very effective because the devices are considered high intensity, because are not at rest between games and high-intensity training leads to increased lactic acid. Lactic acid is essentially the product of anaerobic metabolism and finally, inhibit muscle contraction.

High levels of lactic acid trigger growth hormone in the pituitary gland located allows the transport of fatty acids in mitochondria from oxidation. So, basically, helps burn more fat.

Training sessions Training circuit are also a good method because you can use the amount of time allocated to training giving the best results. So now to the workout.

Weight lifting routine training: The Circuit

Squats (with dumbbells or barbell)
Curls
Lunges (with dumbbells or barbell)
Pulling (possibly with support)
Standing shoulder (with dumbbells)
Duel dumbbell curls
Extension Set triceps (dumbbells)

Notes: After completing the circuit once, then must rest for 2 minutes, drink a glass of water, then run through the circuit again and again. You will run through the cycle three times in total, and bear in mind that you should not be supported by more than 10 seconds while that the transition from year to year.

Once you've completed 10 to 12 repetitions for each exercise, then you should most basic exercises, which form important part of strength training programs.

Back Extensions

Notes: You can perform these exercises in a circuit format or you can make one time. Until you have 3 sets of each exercise, you are golden.
