A weight training routine for skinny hard gainers?
I am really tall and skinny and I need to get as big as possible, any1 know any good gain training routines, like amount of sets, reps, time of rests, nutrition
and i can do nonstop 200 situps and 100 pushups, but thats all calisthenics, i need something that would make me grow
To bulk up, you need to up your protein intake as much as you can first. That could involve take a couple of GOOD QUALITY protein shakes day…anything by maximuscle is cool. Also in your diet too, so fish, eggs and lean meats. As for training you want to stick to multi-joint exercises, where you are using as many muscles as possible. Don’t ignore your legs, building muscle in your legs actually helps the muscle definition process in your upper body…so good exercise to do are Squats, Deadlifts, Clean & Jerks, Pull ups or Lats Pull downs, Bench Press or Press Ups, Dips. As for sets and reps. 4-6 reps will build strength, 8-12 reps builds muscle, 15 and above builds endurance. Sets, you wanna do as near to the same amount of reps in total, if that makes sense. So 4 reps = 7 sets…10 reps = 3 sets….and so on. A good routine is mix them all in on different sessions. So chop and change. As for cardio, your looking to build power and strength, so short sessions (20-30 mins), try hill sprints…Run as hard and fast as you can up a hill for say 70-100 metres, then walk back down and repeat, 5, 10, 20 times whatever you can manage, just make sure your session doesn’t go over 30 minutes! www.no-sit-ups-required.com

difference between weight gain and build muscle?
my friends go about getting this muscle building, and how quite different from a normal weight gain, is this true? i thaught unlikely to account, they all seem to think what to do pushups with palms face instead triceps biceps do when I know for a fact that makes the forearm triceps .. difference between the content … rather, you gain weight to gain muscle also, not just fat.

I recently took bodybuilding, and heard someone if your muscles hurt the next day, this means to muscle breakdown and healing – Who, in the process, the muscle grows. I had pain during the first week of work and the pain is losing little little, after a week or two. The question is, what does that mean that my muscles do not grow if I do not feel pain in the muscles that work?
No, even if it hurts, you probably still growing, if it worked. I train with coach five days a week, the muscle worked in injuries are not always the next day. However, be sure to change your routine from time to time, or not effective after a while. And the more you have been training less chance of damaging your muscles the next day. muscle training?
My training now is rest Tuesday Monday chest, shoulders, upper back Wednesday Thursday abdominal arms, lower back, legs resting Friday Saturday abdominals, lower back Sunday rest, I wonder if this is right or top, if any advice?
As with all training, which is only good for about 6 weeks. After that, it will change, or at least one drink a little. What you think, Monday chest, triceps and abs. Tuesday-legs. Mon – Back and biceps. Fri-shoulders and abs. Saturday (or Sunday)-wide stretch and CV work. They have a protein shake within 20 minutes from time and, believe it or not, a coffee before. Good luck.
