Lose weight, while the gain of lean muscle mass … Is it possible to do both things at once?
I've been to many places and talked to many coaches, guru, whatever. I'm looking for a training plan to shop and eat, so you can gain muscle while shredding fat. The main products in the network are more focused on strengthening the body (like on TV, the kids who watch all the juices while the women have beards) instead of losing weight, while to gain lean muscle mass (I'm going for the Mike Tyson look at age 19-21. There are no muscles bulging, only large and well defined, because both are 5 feet 8 inches). Does anyone have suggestions for a share repurchase program has achieved these results? They said it was not possible because you must focus on weight loss or muscle gain * and no can not do both simultaneously. I try to go both in the same plane.
