Nor could they ever have envisioned a body building supplement in the form of pills, shakes, drinks, or bars. Their supplements consisted of raw eggs and huge slabs of steak, not high-powders and easy-to-swallow tablets.

Will you lose what you gain from Nitric oxide?
I’m considering taking nitric oxide because it has helped some of my friends bulk up. I currently drink whey protein shakes after workout and i think this would be great for pre-work out. From my understanding it makes your blood flow more which helps you lift more. Is this like creatine in the way that when I stop taking it I will lose muscle mass? All help is appreciate. Thanks
Well for starters you won’t lose muscle mass when you stop taking creatine. Creatine helps pull more water into the muscle cells which helps them recover faster, and it also provides extra phosphates to help in the formation of ATP to give you energy. Any weight lost after stopping taking creatine would be water weight.
Nitric oxide is a vasodilator which expands veins, arteries, etc. slightly to improve blood flow to muscles, which in turn can give you an extra push to lift a few more pounds or do a couple of extra reps. It also will not cause loss of muscle tissue when you stop taking it.
You should also be aware that there are people that have issues taking nitric oxide products. Some people(myself included) experience heart pain as a side effect. If that is the case for you stop taking it. Instead I taking a couple of caffeine pills if I need the extra boost in the gym that day.

In your opinion, what is the best legal body building supplements?
Haven’t supplemented in awhile, and there is so much stuff out now, it can be overwhelming. Any thoughts?
I have been working out for a while now and whey protein powder has worked well for me so far. Eating a lot of healthy foods works good too. Its best to avoid any unnatural supplements such as creatine. A lot of these can have other, undesirable side affects and can affect your overall health. What you should consume, depends a lot on your goals as well. If you are trying to build a lot of muscle (which I assume you are) then eat a lot of diiferent proteins from a variety of sources such as chicken and almonds. Hope this helps.

Okay so I worked a few months. I I'm at the point where I can not burn fat more so I'll start building muscle. I have no great big muscles, but very thin.
