
How to increase your muscle mass and not having an instinct?
im 22 and trying to gain muscle mass, while not having a gut. I have been training with weights 5 times a week and eat a lot (proteins, chicken, protein shakes, NO Xplode, tuna, etc) and I'm afraid im going only weight gain and have a gut to eat all this food, trying to gain more muscle. Any suggestions

You don’t make it easy do you? Without weights it’s really hard to build muscle. You can do pushups but after a while you’ll need more resistance. Do chin ups if you have access to a bar, crunches, and leg raises. You can try running sprints. You can squat up and down with your body weight. Do it as many times as you can. And you’re a vegetarian too? You know man is meant to eat meat don’t you? That’s why it tastes good.

building muscle mass fast.?
Hello, I started training three months ago and I can see good changes, but I want to push a level. What I mean is that actually worked for three days a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) 2 hours each time. Recently, I read a lot about work to four days or five days a week, with the muscles differently every time (I do a full workout each time). Also, I know that the muscle develops when u left, but my question is "is a week to get enough rest for muscle?". What I mean is that I normally a rest day and then back to the gym. But if I do different body parts every day, let's say I do biceps on Monday, I had to wait until next Monday for biceps again … Is this to rest a lot? Taylor Lautner I gained 30 pounds of muscle, while recent works five days a week, what I do same. I also take protein shakes, but not creatine. So if i drive 4 or 5 days a week is the week long break for the muscles, or is it good? Many thanks.

This is not typical, I was a professional bodybuilder was an accident and the loss of muscle So was the replacement muscle than before, but the fact is that there is much support for the training of high intensity. That said, I think that seven days is too long to relax a muscle. I'm the kind of rest 3 to 4 days of guys five days to two. I make a fraction of 4 days, rest 1 to 2 days after each cycle. And why wouldnt taking Creatine?
