
What would be a good muscle building workout/weightlifting plan for me?
I wanna focus mostly on my biceps, triceps, abs, and chest. I am 15 years old, about 5′ 9″, 140-145 lbs. I need to build alot of muscle.. fast. please help
eat allot of protein normally just over a gram of protein to a pound of weight, so your gonna be looking to eat about 150 grams of protein a day,which is easy when you take a small tin of tuna is about 25-40 grams on its own, try to work out on certain parts of your body 1 session at a time because when you work 1 part you also work your secondary muscle. just don’t result in taking steroids your body ain’t ready for that. hope i helped a little.

Step 1: You must training the right way to build muscle.
A common mistake that many people do is start doing exercises and routines you see in magazines. Often, these are the training for athletes and throw in a lower body a state of over-training very quickly. We need a training that is customized to your liking.
