Do chin ups if you have access to a bar, crunches, and leg raises. You can try running sprints. You can squat up and down with your body weight. Do it as many times as you can. Well, I do not know how much / often you works and what its objectives (eg, gain muscle, gain strength, lose weight, etc..) However, to gain muscle mass and strength, I recommend the two main Supplements that are multi-vitamins and protein supplements. Believe it or not, a good multi-vitamin is very important for your body, because when you work, your body needs these nutrients to keep everything in perfect condition. You can get a good multivitamin Vitaminshoppe, or anything that is local. They are virtually anyway. As protein, there are many many types, but I'd go with the whey proteins. One I really like is optimal Standard 100% Protein Chocolate serum. This thing knows very well (compared to other things, that tastes like chalk), and not too expensive. It is also a very good all around proteins. You want to consume at least 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. However, if you Please do not use whey protein supplements as their only source of protein. Is a complement not a replacement.
