Diet Plan needed please!?
i’m 5ft 8, 20 years old. and I weigh 130 lb. I want to gain size and I plan to work out every other day at 7am in the morning. I have bought no xplode, true mass, cell mas, 100% whey protein and nitrix oxide.
how do I make a plan of this?
6 meals a day. Get enough protein.
